Ich möchte dich zu etwas ganz besonderem einladen: Am 5. März starte ich meinen ersten Yoga Kurs in Hallein. Immer Dienstags von 17.30 bis 19.00 treffen wir uns im Energiezentrum in Hallein zum Yoga machen.

Deep Flow Yoga ist eine ganzheitliche Praxis, die kraftvolle Bewegung mit bewusster Atmung (Pranayama) und Meditation verbindet. Der Fokus liegt darauf, den Körper zu stärken und gleichzeitig mehr Ruhe, Klarheit und Verbindung zu sich selbst zu finden

Hi, my name is Gregor.

I’m a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher based in Salzburg, Austria. I was drawn to yoga during a time when my life felt like complete chaos. At first, I was attracted to strong, physically demanding classes, but over time, I realized that pushing myself to exhaustion wasn’t the path to healing I needed. I began exploring the more subtle aspects of yoga and its philosophy, and that’s how I embarked on my own journey inward. It has truly been life-changing for me.

Now, I want to share what I’ve learned and help others find their own path toward balance and self-discovery. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your body, calm your mind, or explore the deeper layers of your being, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey.
